Share a Meal. Share Hope. Share Christ

Serving at Hope Class

Our Hope Classes provide practical education,  biblical encouragement,

&  community for the women & families we serve.

Churches have the unique opportunity to come alongside these families by providing dinner , breaking bread together & leading a  short devotional

before class begins.

I'm  scheduled to serve - what do I need to know?

Why it Matters

For many of our clients, our twice a month Hope Class gatherings for become far more than just parenting & educational classes.

By serving a Hope meal, your church helps remove barriers for families attending class while creating opportunities for genuine relationships.

It's a place where they experience:

  • Community

  • Encouragement

  • Practical support

  • The love of Christ

What to Expect: Hope Class Evening Schedule

Hope Classes are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

5:15 PM  |  Arrival & Setup

6:00 PM  |   Welcome & Dinner

6:20 PM  |  Devotional Given

6:40 PM  |   Educational Classes

6:30 PM  |   Boutique & Fellowship

8:00 PM  |   Wrap Up

Your team arrives at 1508 E 4th Ave, unloads dinner, and gets settled/setup before clients begin arriving.

We gather for prayer, share a meal together, and enjoy fellowship with the families we serve.

One member of your team shares a brief, Gospel-centered devotional that points clients to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

While mothers and fathers participate in separate educational sessions, your team helps clean up dinner and prepares leftovers for families to take home.

Clients shop in our boutique using the points they've earned through Hope Classes. Church volunteers can assist as they shop and continue building relationships.

Finish cleanup, connect with our staff, and head home knowing you've made an eternal impact.

What Your Team Will Do

Provide Dinner

Prepare or purchase dinner main entree for approximately 40-45 adults.

Serve families

Help set up dinner, greet families, serve the meal,

& clean up afterward.

Lead a Devotional

Share a 5-10 minute devotional that points our clients toward the

hope found in Jesus Christ.
