What Your Team Will Do
Provide Dinner
Prepare or purchase dinner main entree for approximately 40-45 adults.
Serve families
Help set up dinner, greet families, serve the meal,
& clean up afterward.
Lead a Devotional
Share a 6-8 minute devotional that points our clients toward the
hope found in Jesus Christ
Hope Classes are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

Please arrive at 1508 E 4th Ave at 5:15 PM at the back entrance to unload items. QC PRC volunteers will help carry items inside and direct you to the kitchen. Once unloaded, you'll move your vehicles to the designated parking area.
Clients begin arriving and are welcomed by our volunteer team while your group prepares to serve.
Our Hope Hostess will welcome everyone, introduce your church team, share a few announcements, and open the evening with prayer over the meal.
Enjoy dinner alongside our clients. We encourage your team to spread out among the tables, engage in conversation, and build meaningful relationships. Meals are served by our Hope volunteers.
One member of your team will share a brief 6–8 minute devotional centered on the hope of the Gospel.
Continue conversations while helping distribute additional food and begin clearing tables.
Clients participate in the evening's educational lesson led by our staff or a guest instructor.
Your team will clean the kitchen, package leftovers into to-go containers to prepare for clients to take home after class.
All personal serving dishes or supplies will be returned to vehicles before the boutique opens.
Fathers attend Father's Place while mothers remain in the Hope Room for discussion and application of the evening's lesson.
Clients shop in our baby boutique using the points they've earned through participating in classes. Assist clients as they shop in the boutique before grabbing leftovers & heading home.
Finish cleanup, connect with our staff, and head home knowing you've made an eternal impact.
