Keep in mind that items on this list are just suggestions, not mandatory. Feel free to purchase from other retailers. We just ask that alll donations are either new or slightly used. At the end of your collection period, you are invited to bring these items into the center and organize them in the donations area downstairs.

Wheels of HOPE events are opportunities for the local church to partner directly with QC PRC to serve clients. By partnering with local churches, we provide essential resources like diapers and wipes to clients, offer a meal and fellowship, and share the hope of Christ through a devotion and prayer. These events are a direct way to build bridges between families and the local church, living out QC PRC's discipleship mission.

How You Can Help

There are two primary ways for you to support the Wheels of HOPE ministry:

1. Host an Event: Partner with us to bring a Wheels of HOPE event to your church! We will work with you to plan an event, and your volunteers will have the chance to be the hands and feet of Jesus, serving QC PRC clients and their families. Please note that available dates for hosting will need to be discussed and coordinated with us.

2. Diaper & Wipe Donation Drive: These events are a huge blessing to our clients, and we go through a large amount of diapers and wipes at each one. By hosting a donation drive, your group can provide the much-needed supplies that make these events possible. Every donation makes a direct and tangible impact on a family.

If your group has a heart for serving families and sharing the Gospel, we would love to partner with you on a Wheels of HOPE project.

HOPE Meals are provided at each of our QC PRC HOPE Classes. These classes are a special gathering for connection and fellowship. Held every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, it's a cherished time for many of our clients throughout their pregnancy journey. We've heard countless stories of how HOPE Class has blessed both clients and volunteers. By serving a HOPE Meal at one of our HOPE Classes, you will have the opportunity to connect and fellowship with some of our clients directly.

Want to make a big impact? Host a Baby Supply Drive! You and your church or organization can collect essential baby items like clothing and pacifiers, to help bless moms and babies in need. Donations will be used to provide resources and support to moms in need. Our mothers who have chosen life and participate in our HOPE Classes have the opportunity to shop in our botique after each class. We ask that only new items are donated. 

August's theme? Winter baby clothes! 

We are specifically asking for donations of the following:

• Baby Jackets 

• Baby Socks

• Baby Hats, Mittens, and Gloves 

• Other Winter Baby Clothing  

It is not necessary to collect all  items but rather you may pick one or two. 

At the end of the drive, you are invited to bring all donations into the center and sort through them in our boutique area downstairs. We would help you spread the word to your congregation by giving you some of our donation cards for the month to be distributed. By hosting a supply drive, you'll not only bless our ministry but also make a tangible difference in the lives of countless families. Let's work together to make a difference!

Turn spare change into big support! Host a Baby Bottle Drive at your church and help stock our Baby Boutique. Fill baby bottles with spare change and watch the generosity grow! Every penny collected fuels our Baby Boutique, providing essential supplies to mothers who've completed our HOPE Classes. Queen City Pregnancy Resource Center will equip you with all the bottles you need. Let's pour out love and support together!

Think of the relief and peace a warm, homemade meal can bring to a client and her family during a challenging time. You can be a part of this blessing! We're inviting you to create and donate frozen meals that our clients can take home and enjoy. These Meals of Blessing provide much-needed nourishment and a tangible reminder of God's love and the support of this ministry.

Popular meal ideas include lasagnas, casseroles, and other freezable dishes. Simply package your meals and drop them off at the center, and we will handle the rest. Your generosity will be a true blessing to a family in need!

Let's team up to make a real difference in the lives of new moms and babies! Looking for a hands-on project? Our downstairs boutique is undergoing a transformation, and we have several ready-to-go projects that we could use your help with! We're looking for volunteers to take the lead on specific tasks, from organizing diapers and supplies to helping to decorate and set up furnitire. This is a fantastic opportunity to aid in creating a welcoming space for mothers and families!

Calling all champions for moms-to-be! Let's shower expecting mothers with love and support by helping us to create a beautiful boutique where they can shop with dignity. Your generous donations of gently used or new maternity clothing will empower these moms to choose beautiful items for themselves during this special time. Imagine the confidence boost and joy you'll help to bring to her as she prepares for her little one's arrival. You can bring your donations to the center and sort through them in our downstairs shopping area. Let's fill the boutique with love and make a tangible difference together!

Join us in reaching out to our community by assembling outreach bags. You can come to the center to fill these bags with informative materials and helpful resources. These bags will then be distributed by the ministry to volunteers, clients, and neighbors. You are invited to come into the center and assemble these in our downstairs boutique area.

Let's unite in prayer and make a spiritual impact! Here at QC, we believe in the power of prayer. You are invited to take a prayer walk, either around our center or you can walk down to Planned Parenthood and back (about a mile round trip). As you walk, lift up our ministry, the city of Charlotte, and the families we serve. We may also provide you with additional prayer points that are relevant to what is currently going on in the ministry. Together, we can create a powerful wave of prayer that will touch hearts and change lives.
