Love a  family well

A SIMPLE WAY TO

Welcoming a new baby is beautiful — but those first few weeks can also be exhausting and overwhelming. Meals for Moms gives the local church a simple way to step into that season.

Your small group, Bible study, Sunday school class, or ministry team will be matched with a QC PRC family after their baby arrives. You'll provide meals, offer encouragement, and have an opportunity to begin building a relationship with a family in your community.

You bring the meals.

We coordinate the details.

Together, we remind a new mom that

she is seen, supported, and loved.

What your group provides

6 Meals

Your group provides six meals for one QC PRC family. Meals can be home-cooked, catered, or store-prepared.

3 Weeks of Care

For home delivery, you'll bring two meals at a time, once a week for three weeks.

Some families may choose to receive at home or pick up all six meals at QC PRC instead. In that case, meals will need to be frozen and provided at one time. We'll let you know which option your family has selected.

2-4 People

For home deliveries, we ask that 2–4 members of your group participate in each visit.

A Few Minutes to Connect

Plan for a brief interaction when you deliver. These simple moments are an opportunity to encourage the family, build relationship, and — when welcomed — pray together.

More than just a meal

The food matters. Your presence does too.

Meals for Moms is about more than filling a refrigerator. It's an opportunity for the Church to continue walking alongside a family after their baby arrives.

Our hope is that through three weeks of simple, consistent care, relationships begin to form — creating opportunities to offer encouragement, pray together, and invite families into the community of your church.

It is a practical way to show a family that they don't have to walk through this season alone.

How it works

1

Tell us about your church group and when you're available to serve. You can select one or several months that work for your group.

2

We Match You

When a QC PRC family welcomes their baby and is ready for Meals for Moms, our team will match them with an available church group.

3

Confirm your family

We'll send your group coordinator the basic details and ask you to confirm that your group is able to serve.

4

Show up and Serve

Once confirmed, we'll provide everything you need to coordinate your meals and deliveries. Then gather your group and show up ready to love and serve.
