While the overturning of Roe v Wade was a high-water mark in our history as a nation, we must tell you that it’s not been one for our home state or city.
According to NC Values Coalition, North Carolina has seen the greatest percentage increase of abortions of any state in the country, with a 37% increase since last spring. Planned Parenthood touts a 33% increase in their abortion numbers in the state of NC. These numbers represent a tragic loss of life within blocks of our center.
So, while we celebrate the women we served at QC PRC in 2022, together we must partner to do more in 2023 to save lives.
